Last updated: July 15, 2026
Residential Bridge Group (“RBG,” “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have.
We handle your personal information in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25.
Information we collect
When you contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, and the information you share with us about your leasing needs.
We collect only the information needed to respond to you and provide our services.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your enquiries, coordinate viewings, send leasing-related follow-ups, and provide our services.
We do not use your information for marketing without your consent.
Text message (SMS) communications
If you give us your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, we may send you SMS related to your enquiry — for example, appointment reminders and leasing follow-ups. Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. After you send STOP, you'll receive a confirmation message and we will stop sending you SMS.
We do not sell or share your mobile number or your messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. SMS opt-in consent is not shared with third parties.
Sharing your information
We may share your information with service providers that help us operate (for example, our messaging provider), only as needed to provide our services and under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
We may disclose information where required by law.
Retention and protection
We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.
We take reasonable physical, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information.

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, and withdraw your consent.
